Derek has extensive experience dealing with corporate reorganizations, the creation and implementation of tax-optimization strategies, buy/sell transactions, family office planning, Canada Revenue Agency audits and dispute matters, and related compliance requirements.
Outside of work, you will find Derek racing his bike in North American and international gravel and moutain bike events.
